 The Iron County Road Commission is responsible for providing a road system that is reasonably safe and convenient for the traveling public.

EFFECTIVE 6:00 AM, WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025 SPRING ROAD RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED ON ALL ROADS IN IRON COUNTY.

The Iron County Road Commission maintains 224 MDOT highway miles and 633 primary and local miles of road. We are local people taking care of local roads and local needs. We provide and maintain a safe, cost efficient and quality county road system for the motorists in Iron County.
